My name is Rodney Caston and I hope you will vote for me to be your State Representative in the Texas Legislature.

Like other Libertarian candidates, I believe in free markets, civil liberties, and peace.

I'm unhappy with the results that the Democrats and Republicans have delivered over the decades they have exchanged power with one another, and that's why I have decided to run for office myself as a Libertarian.

_The Libertarian philosophy is simple. Libertarians are people who support liberty.

Sometimes Republicans sound libertarian when they talk about cutting taxes and spending. Sometimes Democrats sound libertarian when they talk about civil liberties like free speech. Libertarians support freedom on every issue. 

While Republicans and Democrats often talk about freedom when they are out of office, they usually violate our freedoms and give us more rules and taxation once they return to office.

While I will support liberty on every issue, from privacy rights to digital copyright, below are five of my priorities for Texas:

1. Cutting taxes and spending
   
2. Ending the War on Drugs
   
3. Evicting the TSA from Texas 
   
4. Relief for small businesses
   
5. Liberty for Immigrants
   

__Win or lose, every vote for a Libertarian sends a clear message for liberty. Don't waste your vote encouraging the Republicans and Democrats who keep making our lives worse. Don't let them scare you into voting for more government. Vote Libertarian.
